Frank Ruzicka

Board Member

Frank Ruzicka, a nationally and state licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, is a 38-year veteran of the St. Louis mortgage lending community. After earning a degree in Economics from Marquette University, Frank began his lending career at a small credit union in St. Louis County. He has held numerous sales and managerial positions with large national companies as well as smaller regional and local mortgage banking firms during his career. His primary focus is assisting families to realize their dream of homeownership while creating generational wealth.

Frank leads a team at Guild Mortgage and is annually recognized as a Top Originator by Scotsman Guide for loan production. In addition to loan production Frank is a coach in Guild’s Elevate Coaching program, providing guidance and mentoring to loan officers who want to grow their business while preserving a healthy work/life balance.

Frank and wife Lisa have three adult children, Claire, Elizabeth, and Nicholas, and one grandchild, Oscar. As a member of Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church in Affton, Frank has served in leadership positions for over 30 years including Parish Council, Administration & Finance, and various committees. Frank has served on the alumni board at his alma mater, Chaminade College Preparatory. In addition to serving as a board member with Lifting UP STL, Frank actively supports local charities including the Affton Christian Food Pantry as well as the St. Vincent De Paul Society of Seven Holy Founders.
